About the Role
We are looking to add to our team of Chefs in Marqette, Terminal 1, Dublin Airport.
Are you a carvery chef looking for a new role? Our team of chefs are led by an amazing Head Chef that has his team at the heart of what he does.
As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work. You will be expected to work from 3am for some shifts. You must be available any day per week, 5 days over 7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meat Preparation: Preparing cuts of meat, poultry, and vegetables for roasting and braising.
- Cooking: Roasting, braising, broiling, and sometimes frying meats to perfection, understanding different cooking times for various meats.
- Sauce Making: Creating sauces, gravies, and jus to accompany roasted dishes.
