• Ensure carrier supervisor is aligned to management directives and provides overall direction to Carrier management team.
• Assist NCR deputy division head for cost efficient use of carriers.
• Be involved in negotiating best rates for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other divisions re payment efficiency for port fees and sufficient Airline Credit fund.
• Ensure compliance of airfreight and sea freight leaders on carrier process.
• Coordinate with Deputy Head for provincial and regional manager for consistent on time retrieval.
• Do proactive communication with Airline personnel for Airfreight issues and relational requirements.
• Communicate with Airlines for efficient and favorable services resulting to lead time compliance.
• Ensure carrier management filing is in accordance to ISO standards.
