The Opportunity

Network Carrier Manager oversees carrier network, focusing on procurement, relationship management, and performance optimization. This role involves negotiating competitive rates, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) compliance, and driving strategic initiatives to expand network capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for carriers; foster long-term partnerships to ensure priority capacity.
• Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and recruit new carrier partners to meet business growth and seasonal demand.
• Service Delivery: Focuses on seamless connectivity and operational excellence, ensuring SLA commitments are consistently met.
