About the Role
Overview
Responsible for managing all carpentry operations in the woodwork factory to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise carpenters and ensure work follows shop drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily tasks and monitor production progress.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality and safety.
- Solve technical issues and support the team during fabrication and assembly.
- Coordinate with the Technical Office, CNC team, and Project team.
- Control materials, reduce waste, and maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in joinery/carpentry, including supervision.
- Strong knowledge of wood fabrication and assembly.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
