Carpenter – Renovation Project (Richmond)
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Carpenter who’s ready to expand beyond the tools and step into a hybrid role that blends carpentry, site coordination, and quality control. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into site management while staying connected to the craft.
What You’ll Do
- Walk the site daily to identify, document, and report deficiencies using Procore.
- Work closely with the Site Superintendent to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain project quality.
- Coordinate with siding subcontractors and oversee installation details such as windows, doors, and flashing.
- Support general carpentry tasks as needed, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance.
