About the Role
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with our site manager and learn from a skilled tradesman
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure projects run smoothly
- Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Relevant trade qualifications and White Card
- must have own tools and proven experience
- must have own car and license
