**Carpenter – Institutional Project**
We’re looking for experienced **Carpenters** to join our team on a major institutional build. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, can operate with minimal supervision, and enjoys contributing to both the exterior and interior phases of a large project.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Install **1” backing** around windows, louvers, and doors with accuracy and consistency.
+ Apply **two layers of ½” backing** across all four sides of the building’s exterior.
+ Prepare surfaces and structures for **exterior cladding installation** .
+ Transition to **interior backing** once exterior work is complete, including backing for cabinets and washrooms.
+ Support general **site clean-up** and maintain a safe, organized work area.
