- Provide subject matter guidance across air cargo processes , including:
- Cargo Reservations & Booking
- Air Waybill (AWB) management
- Export & Import operations
- Warehouse & terminal operations
- ULD management
- Cargo revenue accounting
- Customs & regulatory compliance
- Special cargo handling (DG, perishables, pharma)
