The Cargo Delivery Clerk is responsible for coordinating and documenting the receipt and delivery of cargo, ensuring accurate records, compliance with procedures, and smooth coordination between transporters, warehouse/yard teams, and clients. Requirements Process cargo delivery and receipt documentation (delivery notes, gate passes, invoices) Verify cargo details against manifests and delivery documents Coordinate with transport drivers, warehouse/yard staff, and operations teams Ensure correct cargo is released and delivered to authorized parties only Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and deliveries Update cargo logs and tracking systems Report discrepancies, damages, or missing cargo immediately Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company procedures Assist in scheduling deliveries and controlling cargo flow Support audits and inspections related to cargo documentation
