About the Role

Job Description
Support Expeditors Cargo Claims operations by setting up cargo claims in the Expeditors Claims System. Claims will be received daily via our online portal and as well as by email. Administrative duties include daily setup of claim submissions, data entry, and support of Cargo Claims Specialist position. The Cargo Claims Intake Support position requires a sense of urgency, accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Accurately input a high volume of data for claim file set-up.
Identify transportation documents and incoming correspondence with accuracy.
Upload information to document management system for file maintenance and Cargo Claims Specialist review.
Ensure electronic files are complete and accurate, including transportation documents, relevant claim documents and correspondence
Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel...
