Job Responsibilities

• Ensure product conformance to the quality requirements of the company and customers.
• Determine the adequacy of inspection gates, frequency, sample size, and methods.
• Review and approve all 8D reports to provide effective feedback for corrective actions and improvements.
• Participate in the mandatory quality improvement team.
• Monitor and control conformance to specifications within the tolerance limits of the original specifications.
• Update and review quality specifications and feedback on changes for internal and external purposes.
• Interface with customers regarding feedback and complaints related to quality issues and coordinate with internal teams to investigate and communicate action plans.
• Ensure all qualifications, evaluations, and characterizations requested by customers meet all requirements.
