Job Description
Shift patterns will consist of mornings 07 : 00-14 : 15 and / or evenings 16 : 00-22 : 00. You will be required to work alternate weekends.
- Provide essential personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage medication administration and assist with meal preparation, adhering to dietary requirements
- Maintain a hygienic and safe living environment, offering professional companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers, utilising appropriate equipment and following safety protocols
- Monitor and report changes in service users' health or wellbeing to the care coordinator
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
