Care Assistant : Ormskirk
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Stocks Hall Ormskirk on our Forget Me Not EMI unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the comfort and well-being of each individual. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to following care plans, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

We have both full and pat time roles available!

Duties
Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.

Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary, promoting nutritional health.

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions...
