Care Assistant (Driver)

We are currently looking to recruit Care Assistants to join our North Yorkshire team, and this could be you! Not only will you join a fantastic team of experienced carers, but you will join a Top 20 Care Provider in the North East 3 years running.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes: personal care, mobility support, meal support, medication prompts, companionship
• Record care activities accurately, updating care plans and reports
• Liaise with care coordinators / senior carers regarding changes or concerns
• Respect dignity, privacy, and promote independence for service users
• Be flexible to support rota gaps, emergencies, and occasional additional hours

Current areas of work include Harrogate, Ripon, and Knaresborough, with potential for expansion across the wider North Yorkshire region in the coming months.
