Care and Custody Manager

About the Role
Ventia is hiring experienced and motivated Care and Custody Managers (CCM) to oversee court custody operations as part of the SAPMICM contract, which delivers secure prisoner transport and custody management services across South Australia. These are senior uniformed leadership roles responsible for the safe, secure, and compliant management of custody facilities while leading and supporting Care and Custody Officers.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of custody areas, managing risk, and maintaining strong relationships with court officials, SAPOL, and key stakeholders across multiple locations.

These are permanent full-time roles, working Monday to Friday. The contract is based out of our Cavan office; however, these roles will operate primarily across our southern and western court locations, with flexibility required to cover other metropolitan sites including Adelaide (CB...
