Card Operations Specialist

Card Operations Specialist is responsible for leading all aspects of day‑to‑day debit and credit card operations, including issuance, transaction processing, fraud detection, and compliance.

The role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while contributing to improvements in service delivery and digital payments infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end debit and credit card issuance, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency, and seamless transaction processing.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to senior management for operational improvements.
• Monitor card activity and manage card capturing, blocking/unblocking, and replacements.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and customize credit card offerings.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through digital payment solutions and technological advancements.
