About the Role

Boutique hotel in Mykonos is looking for Captain Waiter/Waitress and Assistant Waiter/Waitress for the upcoming summer season 2026.
 Captain Waiter/Waitress responsibilities will include:
Deliver warm, efficient service that maximizes guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
Oversee the pass area, keeping it organized while ensuring tables are attended to promptly
Respond to guest requests with professionalism and speed, ensuring a seamless experience
Take the lead in setting up the restaurant and maintaining cleanliness throughout service

Mentor and support new staff, ensuring they meet and exceed service standard
