On behalf of our client – a leading consulting firm in the financial services sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Team Member with German.
Your responsibilities
- Support national and international clients in addressing complex accounting and capital markets issues under IFRS and German GAAP (HGB).
- Assist banks, insurance companies, and asset managers with accounting and regulatory questions, particularly related to financial instruments, insurance contracts, structured transactions, or regulatory-driven accounting challenges.
- Participate in projects such as IFRS conversions, implementation of new accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17), and accounting matters in M&A or private equity transactions.
