We are looking for an experienced Capex Controller to strengthen our Finance team in a fast-paced QSR environment.
If you have strong experience in capital expenditure planning and asset management, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Capex planning and budgeting in alignment with business requirements
Ensure physical verification and asset tagging across locations
Drive timely capitalization of assets as per accounting standards
Manage and monitor asset disposal processes with proper documentation and compliance
Ideal Candidate:
9–12 years of relevant experience in Capex / Fixed Asset Accounting
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial controls, and asset lifecycle management
Hands-on approach with high ownership and analytical mindset
