EU Labour Planning Team Overview

EU Labour Planning team is responsible to provide central guidance and projections for weekly planning input, translating the key strategic questions into projects and identifying requirements and relevant stakeholder groups. The Analyst – (Labour Planning) is responsible to develop insights from the historical trends, including reports and documents, share and interpret those learning with senior leadership. The Analyst is expected to actively explore and design scalable execution plans for long term strategic planning opportunities and application of sound business judgement and identification of areas of opportunity within the process and the resulting plan.
