About the Role
Bachelor's Degree
With at least one year of experience in production planning and control
Preferably with knowledge in SAP
Capacity and line utilization
- Consolidates volume forecast and loaded open SO from DMT and send to IE, Engineering & Production to ensure correct monthly headcount requirement and allocation
Metric: Utilization and OEE
- Computes, analyze and release SMT, COB and common testers utilization and makes recommendation for any needed additional capacity
Metric: Utilization and OEE
Daily production schedule for Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Singulation, COB process
- Ensures that daily production schedule is aligned to capacity, jigs, tools and materials availability (4Ms) (production readiness)
Metric: OTD
- Balance the line loading at SMT based on requested throw-in date and/or shipment date considering line capacity
