About the Role
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of college education (no back subjects)
- At least 2–3 years of people management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of BPO Capacity Planning experience
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and workforce management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in workforce management tools and Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- people management: 2 years (Required)
- BPO Capacity Planning: 2 years (Required)
