About the Role
As Campus Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in the effective delivery of a high‑profile, 24/7 Campus Support service within Facilities Management at Edge Hill University. Reporting to the Campus Support Manager, you will provide essential logistical, administrative and system‑based coordination that enables the service to operate smoothly and respond effectively to day‑to‑day operational demands and major University events.
The role includes ownership of several core operational systems and processes, including coordination of the University’s vehicle fleet, parking permit administration, access control systems and supplier contract reviews. You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure services are well managed, compliant and aligned with operational needs.
