Design and implement a comprehensive campus hiring strategy for engineering talent across Tier 1, Tier 2, and regional/local engineering colleges.
Collaborate with business leaders and workforce planning teams to forecast campus hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at engineering colleges, including placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
Drive employer branding initiatives through campus events, hackathons, webinars, and student engagement programs.
Expand outreach to regional campuses to tap into diverse and scalable talent pools.
Lead end-to-end campus recruitment processes including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
