• Design and implement a comprehensive campus hiring strategy for engineering talent across Tier 1, Tier 2, and regional/local engineering colleges.
• Collaborate with business leaders and workforce planning teams to forecast campus hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at engineering colleges, including placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
• Drive employer branding initiatives through campus events, hackathons, webinars, and student engagement programs.
• Expand outreach to regional campuses to tap into diverse and scalable talent pools.
