CAM Machinist

Bennett & Game Recruitment are representing a leading advanced manufacturing business looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their growing team base in North-West London. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and running advanced CNC machines to produce high-precision components for aerospace, defence, energy, and robotics customers. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the machining process, from CAM programming and prove-out to cycle time improvement and repeat production. Key Responsibilities Program and optimise CNC toolpaths (3-axis, 5-axis and mill-turn where applicable) Set, prove-out and run jobs to high aerospace and defence standards Improve cycle times and machine efficiency Design and improve fixturing methods Select tooling and cutting data for materials including aluminium, steel, titanium and Inconel Maintain high quality standards and first-time-right production Support new part introduction from drawing to production...
