Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to provide information about Experihub's offerings. Key tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing product details, handling inquiries, and following up as needed to address client concerns. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions for reporting purposes.
