Call Centre Officer

Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service experience.

This is a high volume and fast paced role in which you are required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedures to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call.

We are looking to hire multiple Team members who are available to commit on OVERNIGHT shifts. These roles will start by (by mid march). All shifts are 8h with 30-min lunch break. There is also an opportunity to work full-time hours.
