About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical, billing, or service-related issues.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Verify customer information and update account details as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College Graduate or 2nd Year College Undergraduate
  • Experience in BPO is an advantage but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
