About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot basic technical, billing, or service-related issues.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
- Verify customer information and update account details as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- College Graduate or 2nd Year College Undergraduate
- Experience in BPO is an advantage but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
