Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding online medicine orders
- Provide real-time status updates on placed, processed, shipped, and delivered orders
- Assist customers in placing medicine orders through the online application
- Guide customers on app navigation, account setup, and order tracking
- Verify prescriptions and ensure complete and accurate order information
- Coordinate with pharmacy, logistics, and delivery teams to resolve order issues
- Address concerns related to delays, cancellations, or incorrect orders
- Document all interactions accurately in the system following company protocols
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations
