Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Meet performance metrics and service level targets
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
Qualifications
At least High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage)
