About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding online medicine orders
Provide real-time status updates on placed, processed, shipped, and delivered orders
Assist customers in placing medicine orders through the online application
Guide customers on app navigation, account setup, and order tracking
Verify prescriptions and ensure complete and accurate order information
Coordinate with pharmacy, logistics, and delivery teams to resolve order issues
Address concerns related to delays, cancellations, or incorrect orders
Document all interactions accurately in the system following company protocols
Maintain compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
At least 6 months to one years of call center or customer service experience
in international account
Experience supporting online pharmacy, healthcare, or e-commerce applications is an advantage
