Call Center Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Outbound Collections Specialist with a strong background in billing, sales, and international voice accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide excellent customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards.

This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and experience handling international customers professionally and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts
• Negotiate payment terms and settlements in a professional and compliant manner
• Explain billing statements, charges, and account balances clearly to customers
• Handle objections and resolve billing disputes efficiently
• Meet or exceed collection targets, call quality standards, and compliance metrics
