Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document interactions and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No prior work experience needed - training will be provided
