About The Role

We're looking for a Call Center Agent to deliver exceptional bilingual support from Latin America. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for a rotating night shift from 11 pm to 7 am, for candidates in Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and El Salvador.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries in English and Spanish
