As a Regional Maintenance Expert, you will handle diverse repairs in a residential portfolio throughout Calgary. Your skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting will be put to use daily, along with running preventive checks and managing vendor relationships. You will also provide outstanding service to tenants, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diverse repairs including plumbing and electrical
• Perform preventive maintenance assessments regularly
• Manage tool and supply inventory effectively
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
• Foster strong tenant relationships through excellent service
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant maintenance or handyman experience
• Proficient with hand and power tools
