About the Role

Excel Recruitment are searching for a Cafe Manager in Limerick city. We are searching for an experienced Supervisor or Team Lead looking to take the next step in their career.

Do you have:

  • Strong coffee knowledge and a passion to provide a consistently high standard of coffee preparation and service?

  • Previous experience managing a hospitality team?

  • Commercial awareness of revenue, staffing, stock and waste management?

  • Food Safety training and experience in food safety systems

  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • Flexibility to work 5 over any 7 days.
