Job Description

1. To be polite to customers at all times.
2. To be a team player with other staffs of café and work hand in hand with them.
3. To handle customer queries/complaints and forward it to superior.
4. Operating the POS system as per training provided.
5. Arrangement of tables and chairs during opening and closing of café.
6. Receiving and checking food from suppliers to make sure it is as per ordered by Café
7. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene of hot drink machine according to the training given.
8. Preparing and packing food hygienically as per the weight and packaging set
9. Arrange and display food attractively for customers viewing
10. To replenish food at café as and when necessary

11. To maintain the following stocks at right quantity level at all times

14. Breads and Buns
15. Titbits
