Cadet Mill Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist the Mill Engineer in mill management and day-to-day mill operations, including processing of FFB for CPO, PK and PKS production, plant maintenance to achieve minimum downtime, and process controlling to deliver quality products.
• Assist the Mill Engineer to look after workplace safety & environmental compliance.
• Assist the Mill Engineer in ensuring the mill is in full compliance with governing law & regulations, standards and company policies.
• Given opportunity to practise engineering knowledge in steam power plant operation, palm oil processing, plant maintenance and fabrication.
• To drive the operation unit with passion and efficiency, and to lead his teams in completing tasks given.
• To be trained to obtain competencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, and equivalent.
