Cadet Engineer

The Cadet Engineer will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to various engineering functions within the company. The role aims to develop technical skills, understanding of project operations, and overall competence to qualify for future engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training across different engineering units (e.g., project site, planning, QA/QC, maintenance, safety).
• Assist senior engineers in day-to-day tasks, documentation, and project monitoring.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare basic engineering reports.
• Support project planning activities such as estimating, scheduling, and materials checking.
• Learn and follow company standards, safety protocols, and engineering procedures.
• Perform technical calculations and drafting as directed.
• Attend training sessions, orientations, and evaluations as part of the cadetship program.
