About the Role

Responsibilities:

Provide practical legal advice and support on international business matters in a fast-paced environment.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, data processing, and API integration contracts.

Advise business and product teams on legal issues related to technology development, data usage, cybersecurity, and intellectual property ownership.
