CAD Manager

We are looking for a skilled and hands‑on CAD Manager to lead our CAD, CAM, and Order Entry teams across Overlanders Manufacturing and Hansen Industries. In this role, you will ensure customer orders are accurately modeled, programmed, and prepared for production, while driving manufacturability, speed, and quality. This position combines office work with time on the shop floor and plays a key role in standardization, customer interaction, and supporting major initiatives like automation and process innovation.

Summary

The CAD Manager is responsible for leading the CAD, CAM, and Order Entry functions which support the precision manufacturing facilities, Overlanders Manufacturing and Hansen Industries.
