CAD Draftsman – Contract-to-Hire
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote
Interview Process: Two rounds, including one onsite interview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CAD Draftsman to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings and transforming design concepts into complete project schematics.
The Draftsman will work closely with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure all drawings are precise, compliant with applicable standards, and delivered on schedule.

+ Associate’s degree or technical certificate in drafting, design, or a related field
+ Proven professional experience as a draftsman
+ Minimum of 5 years of electrical drafting and design experience
