Scope of Exposure:
Selected articles will gain hands-on practical exposure in:
Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit
Direct & Indirect Tax compliances and filings
ROC / MCA compliances and corporate secretarial work
Valuations, financial modelling and due diligence
SME-IPO, fundraising and transaction advisory assignments
Drafting of reports, notes, client communications and working papers
Eligibility Criteria:
CA students registered with ICAI and eligible for Articleship
Strong conceptual clarity in accounting, taxation and auditing
Willingness to learn, professional attitude and discipline
Good communication skills and comfort with Excel & documentation
