Under the direction of the Senior Routing and Switching Engineer, but largely under own initiative, the incumbent will perform project duties such as the following:
Direct 1st level fault resolution on Routing and Switching Elements to sectors, sites and the Service Area routing cells
Advises on fault diagnosis throughout NATO sites utilizing a number of management platforms ( HP Openview, Netscout, Cisco Works)
