About the Role
The Continuous Improvement Supervisor will execute short to long-term projects across various business functions within the Global Business Center through the use of CI tools and his/her expertise to address critical business needs with the goal of improving business processes, saving cost, and enabling business growth. The Supervisor will identify opportunities and gain approval and/or support from the Project Sponsor, Deployment Leader, and Managers who will be engaged in project implementation. He/She will also work on Transformation Projects by migrating processes to the GBS.
