Responsibilities
· Execute the hands-on porting of business logic from legacy C++ Linux codebases into modern microservices.
· Build and optimize microservices to ensure sub-millisecond response times for high-volume transactions.
· Wrap low-level C++ engines in high-performance REST interfaces using frameworks like Oat++, Pistache, or gRPC.
· Develop self-healing features within the application to reduce manual intervention and decrease the customer’s cost of ownership.
· Own the integration of automated testing and container-level upgrade paths to support rapid speed-to-market for new features.
