The Role

* Collaborate with trading desks to develop trading analytics and algorithmic trading strategies, including statistical arbitrage and index-based approaches.
* Enhance and support existing systems and infrastructure for trading and analytics platforms.
* Identify platform inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve performance, accuracy, and maintainability.
* Provide direct support to traders by resolving technical issues and gathering requirements for tactical tools.
* Design and implement new components to extend the capability of the existing platform.
* Facilitate daily interaction with trading desks, quantitative analysts, and internal teams across risk, operations, and finance.
