Buyer/Planner (for Test & Development Team)

Job Description

• Liaising closely with Inside Sales providing status of Backlog, Schedule start and completion dates of orders in weekly build plan
• Follow up sales orders to closure until shipment is confirmed
• Maintain planned orders in Oracle. Establish and maintain order priority
• Track work order performance (yield/ output). Report and publish any exceptions immediately to superior
• Implement EOL list and coordinate product conversions with engineering
• Plan and execute RMA replacements, rework and purge parts
• Coordinate material shortages with buyers
• Responsible for demand fulfilment, implementation and control, and inventory management
• Responsible for Customer Delight – OTD, WIP & Finished Goods (FG) target, and Safety Stocks Allocation Plan.
