- Purchase management and negotiation; organize and coordinate activities related to the area, the acquisition of paper. - Responsible for processing and updating the evaluation reports of approved suppliers. - Prepare purchase orders for raw materials before sending them to the General Director for approval. - Identify continuous improvement actions through supplier evaluation reports. - Coordinate visits to supplier facilities in order to find solutions to non-conformities in purchasing management. - Search for alternative suppliers for direct supplies according to the established requirements. - Responsible for buying inputs according to the required quality of the process. - Coordinate that all materials required in the purchase order have been delivered according to the scheduled date.
Experiência y requisitos
